In my real estate business, I thrive on building genuine connections with my clients and making the home buying and selling process seamless, stress-free, and dare I even say — F-U-N! 
Real estate isn’t just my career — it has always been in my DNA — whether I realized it or not. 
At 16 years old, I found myself in the role of a landlord, long before “house hacking” was even a thing. In 1990 I was paying a $300 house payment for a 2 bedroom/2.5 bath condo in Carpinteria. I couldn’t afford that on my $6/hour after school job so I figured out how to rent the room out to an older co-worker. Managing that at such a young age gave me a firsthand look at the ins and outs of real estate, from handling tenants to understanding the value of a smart investment. Fast forward 30+ years, and that same condo (which I still own) now rents for $2,596/month—and that’s at under market value. 
That early experience shaped the way I approach real estate today—not just as a transaction, but as an opportunity to build financial freedom, security, and the kind of future you want to create.
With years of experience and a deep understanding of the Central Coast market, I bring a strategic yet personal approach to every transaction. Outside of real estate, I’m a lover of the ocean, community events, and soaking up everything that makes the Central Coast such a special place to live. When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me enjoying a delicious meal somewhere (I’m a total foodie), spending time with my precious family, hiking a trail, or brainstorming and educating myself for creative new ways to help my clients win in this ever-changing market.
